Entomozodiac Colors

Not much is known about the theories relating Entomozodiac signs with colors. But it is well known that pre-Incan astronomers tended to frequently mention certain colors when describing the personalities of their subjects. However, with the same birth day they often refer to several different colors, and when information is scarce it is not clear if these colors are purposely related to the birth sign or just mentioned by coincidence. More studies are ongoing to establish the meaning of the relationships between colors and birth dates.

For the moment our database will just show one color for each day, which is the color that in existing archeological findings is most often mentioned. This "main" color may even change as archeologists continue to dig up more detailed information. When sufficient knowledge is available we may be able to add more colors to each birth day and find out what the actual meaning is.

The following tables shows a summary of relationships that have been established based on existing evidence. Please note that many other colors are prevalent in entomozodiac traditions. These summary tables are entirely based on quantitative observations of old texts (i.e. counting of how many time a color was mentioned in association with a certain date). Other colors which were mentioned less frequently are ignored in these tables. The tables will be updated when more research data are available.
